Morgan and Samson have eleven gorgeous AKC standard poodle puppies - 2 boys and 9 girls in a variety of colors and patterns. They include black, brown, brown & white, and tri-color in parti, solid, sable and brindle patterns. The puppies that look black at birth will probably be silver brindle or blue (charcoal grey). For the first few weeks they are raised in a separate room in our home, away from the other dogs and the chaos of a busy family. When they are older they will have more interaction with our other dogs. They are snuggled, cuddled and loved on each and every day by kids and adults.
For more information on Morgan or Samson, see their individual pages under Adults.

Puppy pile at one week old....
.... 10 minutes later this is what I saw. They lined up on their own! Peppermint Patty must not have gotten the memo. There's always one non-conformist!
To correct a few errors on the video, Morgan did have 12 puppies as mentioned in the beginning of the video. The 12th one, Heath, had a lot of fluid in his mouth/nose from being in the birth canal so long. Even with vet intervention we were not able to save him. Heartbreaking, but it happens in nature. Also, I referred to Krackel (orange collar) as Kit Kat near the end of the video. Sorry to confuse anyone. Hard to keep all of these yummy candy bars straight!
1st video of sleeping puppies! Next video they will be moving around, promise!
Special thanks to Sugar and Minnie (and their mom, Gale) for taking such good care of my puppies while Morgan was recuperating from complications following delivery.
A few of the puppies escaped their area. Baby Ruth was found asleep in my purse.
This is the puppy food we are using - 4Health Grain Free Puppy Formula. Available at Tractor Suppy stores.
This has been our largest litter here at RRSP and also the most stressful, through no fault of the puppies. They are all as sweet as can be and have wonderful families to love them forever. Seeing the excitement and love when families come to pick up their puppy reminds me why I love what I do. Be well, little furry ones. Miss your puppy kisses already!
